What am I missing here?

Guys,

My bro bought me a CF Coilpack cover from a fellow audiziner/vortexer. I was trying to install it this morning, but only one bolt lines up, and I definitely have nothing else to screw into anywhere near the holes. I attached some pics, let me know please. Well I linked 'em.

if i had to guess, i would say that that cover is for a 06a valve cover.

Go to the hardware store and buy a section of flat stock Aluminum bar 3 feet long for $4.

Cut it to length of the CF cover.

Line up the hole in the CF cover that does line up mounting bolt, with the bar stock and drill a single hole in it.

Then measure out the distance to the next hole and drill another hole, Repeat, reapeat.

Done. Clean, Brushed Al. mounting surface CF cover.

That will look 100x better than just drilling new holes in the CF cover and having the second set of holes that doesnt line up.

Yeah but is that how its supposed to go on? I would assume they make a cover with our holes to line with four existing holes, or does it come with something else that the dude didn't give me?
