Problems!!!!!!

Well I did a pull on the highway, and all of a sudden lost power, EPC and traction light came on, and the car wouldnt accelerate. Pulled over and sounded like it was missfiring, put it in 1st gear and move but couldnt and almost stalled. Iam pretty sure its coilpacks, but just want to get some suggestions on other things it could be? Had to get the car towed home..... $114 dallors later, here Iam.

have a VAG-COM scan it see if you got any misfire code.

P0300
P0301
P0302

etc..

epc makes me think speed sensor. but ide vag it first.

when its idling unplug a coil pack, if there is no difference in the way the engine is running, that CP is bad, go through and check them all one at a time, new ones are usually only $30ish bucks even from the dealer

is it fine to let the car idle with bad coilpacks, it wont be bad for he engine

sounds great, so you guys think its also coilpacks, ive checked to see if i blew any intercooler hoses off, and that fine

Have you recently did any work to your vehicle?? EPC light usually mean Vehicle speed sensor is either bad or is misadjusted

same problem for me... except when i restarted the car everything was fine...

has happened to me a bunch of times, but only when cruise control is on...

it's a mystery
