Exclamation Sign of a tranny problem?

When running down from Park or reverse to drive I feel a clunk in the tranny. First gear a long with the others drive fine. I only feel the clunk when shifting into drive(on flat ground). It is as if the tranny if shifting into gear unusually hard. Luckily I have access to plenty of Audi's new and used, there for I drove others and have no such problem. They all ran into drive like butter. I own a C6 quattro. It is my wifes daily driver. Maybe she has been having a little to much fun in it. Anybody had tranny issues like this? I do have warranty coverage and I will be dropping it off in service on tuesday when I return to work. Untill then, any info is appreciated. Thanks fellas
