considering a B6S4 Avant... if i can find the one i want...

okay so although i'm gonna fight the insurance against declaring the Avant a total loss, if i don't get it repaired, here's what i'd be looking for...

B6S4 artic white, black interior w/ beige alcantara insert, sunroof, premium package and most importantly 6 speeds... i would black out the crap out of it...

so far i've found only one that came close, but it didn't have a sunroof... and i don't care about the weight saving not having a sunroof, i want one...

Be patient. I waited about 8 months until I found the right B7S4 Avant. They're a a rare breed. Especially when you're being as pick as you are. Best of luck!

You're gonna be looking for the better part of 6 months w/ your list of must haves.

Even if you the right car comes along, its a crap shoot as to whether or not the mileage and price will fit your criteria as well.


Edit: I just did a nationwide autotrader search for white manual avants with less than 100k on them and priced up to $35k and only 1 car came up.. Cars.com had nothing..

saw that one when i searched, but the all leather seats put me off... otherwise it's exactly what i'm looking for... maybe i could find someone w/ beige alcantara inserts that would be interested in swapping for either full leather or nogaro alcantara inserts since i've got the latter in the Avant right now... hum...

that was exactly my goal too when i was searching for one but i had to settle for my 2nd color choice of silver instead. i've only seen one white b6 s4 avant ever, let alone two tone AND 6 speed...

S4 Avant w/ 6 speeds in other colours than silver seems to be pretty rare. actually any colours, these seems rare...

6speed avant is rare in general as you stated earlier, and i am guessing thats one of the factors attributing to the resale value holding up a lil better than the sedans...
