    Get them tinted, if you get them painted you will have to buy new tails of you get a ticket. You can just peel the tint off

    Can't you use what most people use. VHT Nightshade spray on tint.

    yes you could... if you want it to look like crap, lamin-x it, you wont regret it, I personally hate tinted tails, but tint/vinyl is the way to go, pretects them, wont scratch, etc. When you get tired of it you just peel it off.

    Alot of sellers selling precut tints on ebay, personally Id go with a sheet of tint, remove the tails, cover and trim so it wraps around the edges.

    Agreed. The sheet is much more precise to your own cutting. I had issues w/ the headlights but worked w/ Lamin-X and they updated them and sent me a set that fitted better. I have since removed it b/c the car looks nicer w/o the headlights tinted.
