    Emergency/Parking/Hand Brake Adjustment

Guest-only advertisement. Register or Log In now!
Has anyone done this on a B5? What is the procedure? The EBrake in both S4 and my wifes Avant push the center console up when you pull it. Every time we get in to drive you have to click it back down into place. Kind of annoying after a while. Figure an adjustment might make things easier.

    Thanks,

    Alex

E-brakes should be self adjusting, try pulling up the the e-brake handle all the way up a few times and see if that helps.

Hmmm, I wonder if the cable is just stretched from use then. I tried that and it didn't change anything.
