Rear brake issue..bracket that holds rotor

I went to replace my rear rotors and pads and getting the caliper off wasn't too bad but trying to get the bracket off that keeps the rotor from coming all the way off is completely stuck. I can't get the two bolts loose to take it off. I've sprayed everything under the sun on these things and nothing. I also managed to strip the one bolt completely and definately won't be able to get it off now.

So, how do I get the stripped torx bolt out and get the other three off? I'm also going to need new ones to replace the old ones so this isn't an issue again so a part number would be great for those.

it's very hard but you can pull it whit the bracket in place... it's also possible to put the new ones... you'll think you will scratch the rotor but you'll dont. I made it that way and everything is ok...Its some kind of pita!
