Where Do I Find Rs4 Grille Mesh

i HAVE A 2004 A4 ULTRA SPORT AND IM TRING TO FIND THE MESH FOR THE TOP AND BOTTOM MIDDLE GRILLE. i CANT FIND IT ANYWHERE......CAN SOMEONE HELP

this kind of mesh is available in metal sheet. Call a local welding shop...
IMO I would draw the patern and make it CNC cuted in a plastic sheet...

Buy the caracature grill. They make one that had the mesh and the rings are centered. I have it on my car. Thats the closeest you will get to the rs4 style grill that I think you are envisioning. The grill you are refering to is probably the grill off the b5 rs4.
you can find the caracature grill on LLTEK.com. Its pricey but sexy. Luckily I found mine on ebay and yes it is real!! Made in belgium.

Hood grill is the Uberhaus grill from LLTek.com. I added the rings off the original hood grill. You can then get the lower grill from LLTek that's for the B5 S4 (the Uberhaus RSR kit) that includes the frame and a sheet of mesh. From there, you keep the mesh sheet and custom fit it to your USP lower grill frame. Plastidip the frame, and you're all set.

Way to small of mesh. I don't think it could hold up to being the main grill. It is good for protection behind th grill for front mount.

Anybody on here have extra grille rings? Mine has two broken tabs and I want one that has all the tabs and made out of PC/ABS. Some earlier rings are made of ABS and all the tabs break off.

Anybody go badge-less or aftermarket? I could use the whole grille to as a backup, as long as the chrome rings are in tact.

The eBay ones list 10.75" - my OEM one is closer to 10.60" so I don't want to risk it.
