I'm blowing off intercooler hoses left and right, are there longer couplers that I can buy? Or longer silicone hoses that i can purchase so I can make it more secure? Thanks.

I picked up some intercooler couplers from a local performance shop. They mostly do Suprasb though. The guy was pretty legit saying he could sell me some color ones that wouldn't hold up but looked good or black hose that would hold up really well. this is there website http://www.spracingonline.com/

don't know if this is what your looking for but its something. GL

    What size?

If you need 2.5" hose Full-race sells some XL versions

    Hump hose

They also offer a 45 deg bend in 2.5 in the XL and have a 2.25 to 2.5" XL transition hose.

Another option would be to just buy the size hose you want in a length of 2+ feet, then cut it down to the exact lengths you need.

I believe its 2.5 inches, i want to replace the one on the turbo, and the other below the drivers side headlight. Those seem to be the culprit of my problems right now. I'm using this with a ER sport Intercooler, but where can I just get 2 feet of this stuff? I don't see it on the site...?

ER uses 2.25" hot side IC pipe and a 2.5" cold side. If you want to replace the hose at the turbo, it is a 2" to 2.25" transition hose.

Odd that you are blowing off hoses with a ER fmic kit if you are using the ER pipes. Those pipes should butt right up to each other.

When we installed the ER comp on Greg's car, I notched out a small spot in the radiator support on the passenger side so I could push the pipe in further butting the pipes right up to each other.

Re: Where can you get longer intercooler hoses?

It is a pretty tight fit, but also so tight to the point when you blow a hose off, its almost impossible to try to refit it back into the piping. Or maybe I'm just having a bad experience, I tried to tighten the Tbolt clamps to the best of my ability, but I'm afraid if I over tighten them, itll rupture the piping itself...But thanks Mike, I'll order a 2 -> 2.25 hose and a 2.5 inch hose extension to see if that solves my problems.

And wow I could have sworn that Mike, your link wasn't on the bottom?>
