ok guys so ive stumbled across another turbo, i think this is the one but i jsut want to know forsure if this one will work, it looks like a gtrs series turbo but i want to make sure, even if its not i think i will go a custom route for this turbo, one dowside tho, it has been refurbished but it was directly done by garrett

i need to know what to do asap TIA guys!!

details:

T3 60 trim with .60AR SVO style POLISHED compressor housing and .48AR turbine housing

im aiming for an atp topmount manifold with a tial 38mm external wastegate

I know that alot of people have used that manifold but I would Highly recommend an SPA top mount. The ATP is a side mount manifold. Also the SPA is a true breeze to install.

WOW that's gorgeous! if you've got the appropriate supporting mods go for it, just make sure you find out what kind of warranty it has through Garrett before pulling the trigger.

That's an interesting looking turbo. Like the elim style without the bolt on part for the N75 nipple. Also the wastegate looks different too. What frame is it based off of?

I think everyone is faster then eugene lmao, and damn that's spa manifold is pricey, I have to do this all with a college budget, but then again I'm slowly piecing it together for spring time

That is not a gtrs, I have no idea what that thing is. And .48 turbine housing is small, it will spool fast but wont make good power at higher rpm. Depends what your goals are.

.63 A/R is a better choice for our motor. If you cannot afford to do everything at once, hold off.

7speed in Florida has a GTRS kit with the 71R for sale and it is barely used...

If you do not have $4K right now...hold off and save your money, this about what you will need to have to make a big turbo run properly...if you want it bad enough, you will dig deep and earn the $$

I understand that but I'm parking my car in the garage all winter and I will slowly work on it until spring, I know I will get it running right and get all the supporting mods. I'm going with 550 injectors,tial 38mm wg, revo bt tune, spa topmount manifold, and custom tip. I just need to know what kind of power this turbo will give me
