Is this a lemon?

Have a 2008 RS4. Before I took possession they had to replace the rear suspension hydrolic. 9000 mi later oil leak from water pump that got replaced. Now check engine light comes on with no apparent diagnosis, Anyone else have same bad luck? Looking for someone with same check engine light problem who made dx and got it fixed. Thanks

For it to be a lemon, the same problem has to occur three times. I think check engine light might be included. So get it reset by the dealer, and when comes back, do it again, and repeat. Good luck
