hit and run... in Long island

when I left work, I was on 106/107 right at LIE, pontiac G5(or G6) changing lane, so I"m passing him, he changes lane back and smak my audi. (well if it was my tahoe I would be really pissed) then he goes back and get on LIE east...
I was able to caught up with the car, he gets off the LIE, parks the car, I told him to stay but he get back on the car and takes off again.....

what a fuckin doche!
I think plate have ETJ73?? but not sure exactly. It's a new york plate.


so if anyone see pontiac G5 (or G6) gray (or metallic gray) with driverside mirror fucked etc, call the cop on him.

it was old guy wihte (gray) hair, with lady riding on the side

so no I got stuck with bill fixing it.

You should file a report and run that plate and see if its a match to that car before you foot the bill.

a couple of years ago some asshole cut three lanes to make a quick right cutting me off on that same road and i tried to brake quick but he nicked my bumper pretty good >:(
...but i was driving with my permit so i couldn't even follow or claim it if i wanted too

i would have gotten back into my car and followed that guy again, making sure to call the cops when i was following the guy. i hope everything works out for you and the guy learns his lesson.

106/107 is the worst road.. i work on robins lane and try to avoid taking this road as much as possible because people drive like assholes and i see an accident at the same location right after u cross over the northern state every week.. sorry to hear about the asshole who hit you ill keep an eye out.

yea, LI keeps getting worse, makes me wonder how half these ppl either got or even keep their license...and WTF is with ppl not using their mirrors, 90% of all my close calls are ppl who decide to shift lanes without looking

and then there are stories like this: this morning I was heading to work, cruising down Jericho Tpke getting close to the LIE and this moving truck shoots out of a parking lot at like 30mph, almost hits me, some lady in a jeep and a guy in an acura! the stupid sh*t sent all three of us slamming on our brakes, swerving across three lanes just to avoid him, each other, and the grass median...i'm not a road rage kinda person, but if we came to a red light after, i would have really given the guy a piece of my mind

i'm currently in the process (alongside my 80+hr work week) joining the Heavy Rescue truck company of my local fire dept as a volunteer [i know, i must be crazy, but its something i have really wanted to do for a while]...the majority of the work we do are MVA's, and let me tell you guys/girls, some of the crap you see 1. is enough to never make you speed again & 2. question how in the heck do ppl get their cars into some of the conditions you find them...anyway, safe driving too all of you and good luck man finding that guy

well yesterday ordered parts.

both fender( from previous hit and run) 270 w/shipping
mirror (set with blidspot mirror) 199 w/ shipping
even bought Bentley manual 100
still have to go get paint and side marker (I think I'm gonna get smoked one)
so about I say 700 total.

man there was no way on 4pm to 5pm traffic there to chase someone... and he even got into shopping center with 3 exit so there was no way I wouuld able to catch that guy...

yeah that's my worse spot.
I got rear ended by ford F150 4 years ago before I got my A6, guy was looking at radio and not road.....
same location but in middle lane I got hit this time...
that place is worst spot always accidents there.. I can't wait new office (which will be by wangtah pkwy and old country road)

I agree man... and also those old people on the road! they really shouldn't be driving..... seen so many just pass lights or not even lookin all the time...
and yeah right now I work on jericho tpke right at 106/107... over there man I think there is accidents everyday... for me this is second timeon that almost same spot... I always be careful about it but man this one there is no way could avoided, I couldn't swove that much because of the car on left lane.

yeah frame is ok just fender, and I gotta buff the doors out..
so not that bad of the deal at least.. gotta get paint from chorma paint when fenders come in. then paint at my friend's shop, taking bumper fender out and replace.

and while I'm at it, I was thiking about spray some part of the body with original color also since there are some fades that I"m seeing.

yeah i go to briarcliffe college and the 106/107 is right there so i get on it often and the people on there really are terrible... especially the older folks. They would cut you off and a whole lot more then look at you as if you did something wrong.

he good but sometime he pricy. so I'm gonna do it on my garage....
plus I can get all done and everything infront of me to finish.

I got pretty much all tools except lift. and missing some airtools that I need to get. but otherwise got all tools, vag, welder etc to finish what I need to get it done.
