annoying "rattle" in my dashboard area

It's coming somewhere from the driver's side... right where the windshield and dashboard meet.

It happens when im driving over not-smooth terrain (bumpy road) and it sounds like something tapping into something else.

While im driving, I try to apply pressure to different areas to "pin point" the location and I cannot find it.


Anyone ever experience this?

you mentioned its right where the windshield and dashboard meet, but which side, the one near the vent or all the way at the end of the dashboard?

Get some foam sheets (that stuff they put you to protect a new laptop and many electronic parts), cut them into pieces and squeeze them inside the gap where the windshield and dashboard meet. That will make sure everything is tight in there.
