    Fuse and Battery Light Problem

    Hay whats going on.....just driving my car one day and getting off the highway car beeps thinking oh whatever just gas....i look the battery light and a fuse light turns on....so i change the fuse and everytime i change the fuse they just keep poping and my radio lights dont work so has this happened to anyone before please tell me what did u do to fixx this problem thank you

    by finding the bad wire, you'll need the basics, a multimeter and a test light.

    I'm no expert, I'm just going off of what i learned in my auto electronics class this semester. Get the tools mentioned above. Be wary of a test light, cause it could make the airbags go off if you touch it directly to their wire (so I've been told and seen).

    Start from either the battery or where the problem shows up (the radio in your case based on first post) find the wire that has to do with illumination of radio and work your way back following that wire until you find the problem. Could be exposed wire, bad ground, etc. Look at all connections for the wire to make sure they are good. Again, this is based off of what I've learned in my class this semester.

    Obviously, you might have to remove the lower dash to follow the wire back.
