    I recently bought an b6 a4 1.8t FWD about 5 months ago and its about 18,000 miles now, I noticed that I dont really feel the boost compare to my friend's vw 1.8t. Am I having boost leak? or is it normal?

    Your car only has 18k??? WOW. My buddies GTI pulls harder than my car. But i wouldnt rule out a boost leak. Not driving your car enough can cause different rubber pieces to rot out and crack very easy.

    could be anything. Do a boost leak test.

    can a dealer diagnose whats wrong with it? I got the car 10k miles for $21k with tax and warranty. I've used 8k so far, the boost rarely kick in. I dont really drive it hard I'm very light on gas but it just it feels like the boost isnt there.

    how night are you revving? You only feel boost come on at around 2500rpm. Get on the car a bit and see, it won't hurt it

    i can deffinatly feel mine... its not 1000HP but you should be about to feel it. take it to the dealer if its under warranty!!!

    it spools around 2300 but it doesnt pull
