some help for a tire novice

I have an 2005.5 (b7) Audi A4 w/sport package. It currently has the stock 17" wheels and tires. I am looking to purchase these wheels.

    http://portland.craigslist.org/mlt/pts/945273889.html

They have always been favorites of mine. The are clothed with Pirelli pzero 255-35-19 tires. The wheels are 5 on 112.

Can someone help me with a few questions.

    1. Will these wheels and tires fit with out rubbing?
    2. What will they do to the ride, performance, mpg?
    3. What extra information do I need to gather from the sales person to be properly informed.

    thanks alot audizine!

Figure out the offset and we can help you from there. 255's are generally pretty wide for your car. The widest i normally recommend is 245's.

    Correct !

ET should be stamped on the back of the wheel, and seller should be able to provide easily

thanks for your responses. Pretty much everyone said 255 was too big. For future reference is there a particular offset, range offset that would be appropriate for my car (Audi A4 b7 2005.5 with sport package)?

    thanks
