Went out with a friend and made this real quick. Always wanted to know how my car would stack up.

    Yes and no.

I took it to Jeff@TorqueFactory and found that the injectors are running at 109% IDC IIRC.. there was already a little bit of tweaking done to the file as well. Jeff pretty much just reset the file to run how GIAC programmed it to run with the 5 psi pulley and charged me 150 bucks, so I was a bit disappointed.

He said it's running fine so don't mess with it, but I definitely think there's more power in there if I throw in some bigger injectors.

    Re: SC A4 vs 335i

    Definitely a respectable showing for a 2.8!

Although it would probably hard to make it as quick as the 335i, the sound it makes is still intoxicating.

exactly! not too shabby for a 2.8...
you got low end...but top end?? fuhgetboutit!
it'll take a lot to make the avant hang with the 335 even PES only claimed about 290hp to the crank with their kit.

this can be argued all day. you put a charge cooled car in cold weather its going to make more power.
im sure the 300 chp mark is advertised for the car running in 80 degree temps

man that a4 should of won. stupid bmw waving goodbye.. race a proper bi-turbo setup and see who's waving

Yes, but take a B5 S4 doing a chip, exhaust, intake, and a 335 with a chip, exhaust and intake... and who wins? 335. Easy. Kind of an unfair matchup putting a stage 3 S4 vs. a 335, I'd say. The 335 is going to be ridiculous once some turbo kits come out since theyve already put out 420whp with a chip, exhaust, intake, fmic on 100oct.

Yeah but isn't it also unfair that the 335 has ~10 years advancement in technology?

Yes if it doesn't fall apart... I love the 335 and really want to buy one, but I don't trust them. They seem to be very unreliable.
