    So the problem is: car is running lean after a couple of dyno runs.
    Here what me and my mechanic have done so far:
    changed MAF/o2 sensors, checked the spark plugs/dv/ coils/ injectors. Did the fuel pressure test/vacuum leak.
    Than we thought that bad gas caused it (it smelled like a bad gas).
    My tank was almost empty, i got a full tank of 93, drove for about 50 miles but its still running lean.
    Could that be something inside the Engine? Low compression?
    Plz chime in, need some help. Thank You.

    Also, i changed my fuel filter 2 months ago. Could that be it? But honetly i dont think so cause they did the fuel pressure test...

    Also, rpms bounce between 800-990 rpms.
    Also, VAGcom shows that car is getting a bit better about 10 seconds after we start it

    I'm just throwing out ideas as you seem at a loss...but maybe check that fuel filter again? Maybe something got messed up in the process....

    Could that be a bad valve cover gasket? Or some kind of engine leak? Cause i guess there is much more stress on a car during the dyno then driving at WOT on a hwy

    Check the fuel filter and broken check valves near the back of the intake manifold.

    A cracked valve or hose could allow extra air in and cause a lean condition and a wonky idle

    Ok guys, forgot to tell u something...
    In a summer one of my check valves gone bad, i just replaced it with regular rubbet hose... But i was fine untill the last week...

    Just drove on a hwy and it runs fine, maybe backfires a bit more than usuall.
    Also, my MPG went way LOW, on a full tank it shows me 250 mroe miles to go.
    So im leaning towards vacuum leak again.

    Definitely sounds like a vac leak.

    What codes have you pulled from vag?

    Just AKA, if you're getting Multiple Random Misfires,
    it's your MAF.

    1. When u have LOW compression, what are the symptoms of it? I know loss of power, oil on spark plugs, but what else?
    2. If u read over my OP, could that be a bad Valve Cover Gasket?

    Do you see any sign of oil coming out from valve cover gasket??

    Is the MAF new or used?? Do you have VAG com??

    You sure the MAF is good one?? Just check every section of the valve cover but most week point is where cam shaft seals are & all 4 corner of valve cover.

    I would double check if that MAF sensor is good one.

    I would clean your MAF with MAF cleaning spray. Then I would check all of your check valves, anything that looks suspect I would swap it out. Alot of people on here have removed their SAI/EGR system so I bet there are some check valves you could get for cheap if you need to swap them out. While doing all of this I would check every hose again. Also check the torque of your plugs.

    We saw an improvement after that new used MAF. Also, i cleaned my old one with the special spray. But nothing helped.
    Here is a couple of pics i took today where i could see dirty (oil) stuff.
    And videos, i dont why, but the car ran a bit better while taking these videos. Basically when it goes down up to 800rpms it bounces. Today also, rpms stayed at about 1000rpms for a couple of seconds before dropping down more. Same as my old vacuum leak, BUT I CANT FIND ANYTHING!!!

    wow, that must be a bad ass vaccum leak to have the CEL on all the time... my car threw lean codes, then i replaced all the lines with silicone ones... i had 2 broken lines. also, check the big 3 holed rubber piece on the back of your engine that is connected to the valve cover.

    Also, when car idles for about 5 minutes or so rpms stop bouncing a lot... But during driving in neutral they do bounce more.

    Get some brake cleaner and start spraying it around the intake and anything after the MAF to see if it changes anything. Stay away for the coils.

    UPDATE:
    took the car back to my mechanic!!!
    He scanned it again and said that my IDLE was raised up to a 1000rpms and car is asking for 22psi's...

    alright, $800 bucks after its fixed
    my ecu was messed up, someone set the idle way too high, same with my boost, it was set to 22psi ????????????????!!!!!1

    i did read the OP and the other thread.

    Good u found out it could have made things worse. However did the tune should refund u for the parts u spent on fixing the problem. They should take some responsibility that is.

    long story short again... i dont think i would get anything back from those guys... i signed the paper that if something happens they are not responsible or some shit like that
