    center display warning question

ok so i was driving down the interstate and i was passing a semi so i had it gunned in 5th gear and at about 80mph my car beeped at me (much like when you run real low on gas) and i dont know why...

well i didnt really think tooo much of it, but later in the drive i was passing another car, going a little slower this time probably 70 but had the peddle pinned this time too and it beeped again

well i grabbed my cell phone quick and snapped a terrible picture cause i was going fast so my hand wasnt very steady but this is the best i could get

(my center display is all but shot the way it is so i cant tell what this icon would be)

i know i know its almost impossible to tell, but does anyone know what this could be from? or maybe be able to decipher what you can of the picture to tell me whats wrong?

    Re: center display warning question

Most likely the MPH indicator. It just tells you you are going XX MPH depending on what it is set to.

    Re: center display warning question

While you are driving your car, if you click the right button (normally used to check the service status while idle) it will engage the speed warning. It basically just chimes when you hit or exceed a certain speed.

Press and hold it for two seconds and it will go away.

    Re: center display warning question

Mine was set to 35 when I first bought the car..... very annoying until I found out how to change it.
