coilover gremlins... wtf is going on?

so after two adjustments and two alignments... i finally had my height exactly how i want them. 25" in the front and 25 1/4" in the rear. it stayed like this for about a month with no changes. i just got new wheels put on and now the height is skewed. the front got higher... 25 1/2" front right, 25 1/4" front left, 25" right rear, 25 1/8" left rear. what can be causing this. i hope i don't have to readjust and get another alignment, any tips?

wow never heard of that but what coils do you have?

I have Stasis street coils and i have no problems such as that. but when i first put them on it took awhile for them to settle to there actual heigth. so maybe thats what your expeirencing.

Re: coilover gremlins... wtf is going on?

it's already had plenty of time to settle. after the first install... i waited 2 weeks before having my tech adjust and align. i wasn't happy with the height so i adjusted it myself and had my tech do another alignment. then another month before i got the new wheels so I'd say its not the settling.

my coilovers are startup gts. i'm very happy with the performance and comfort... but this height thing is annoying as it now rubs in the rear. i've had h&r coils on my vw and stassis on my b6 and never had this problem so i don't know why it's doing this... anyone know what can be causing this? what to check for? if i do have to readjust height and get her realigned, i wanna make sure i fix this so i don't have to do this every so often

perches in the front have a small allan bolt that screws into it. only one perch and i haven't check the left side, but the right side screw feels like it's stripped...just spins and spins. startup says thats not a problem when i called them about it. perch in the back doesn't have any locking mechanism but my stassis didn't either.

i went from stock 18" s-line rims to 19" with 235/35/19s so i they should be the same rolling diameter.
