What damage should I expect from a motor with a blown head gasket?

If I were to get a motor that has a blown headgasket(s?), what damage is likely forseeable? I would be installing new rods, replacing the crank and rod bearings, replacing all of the seals in the top and bottom end ( except for the actual valve seals), and putting new rings in anyways, but I'd rather not touch the valves. Is it unwise to not do something to the valves as well?

Worst case scenario is a warped head on the side that's blown.

Are warped heads repairable? If it's warped will it be obvious to see?

Probably repairable if it's slightly warped. A machine shop would be your best bet if you suspect it is.

I haven't bought the motor yet, just weighing the possible consequences and solutions.
