hey whats up guys some ones posted about this in the b5 forums already but it went nowhere. 034 makes an adaptor plate so you can swap to a vr6 or 2.7t throttle body. just trying to see if anyone has done this yet and if so what exactly would you need to perform this swap.

heres the link to the adaptor

Yes, B6Lovin has this but why would you do it? Are you GTRS? I would think that a better flowing intake manifold/head would be much more beneficial first but I guess everything helps

Re: Throttle Body Adaptor 1.8t to 2.7t

I've done this. Is it worth it, no. The only reason I did it was that my oem TB died and I could get a s4 TB for real cheap. If you have a aftermarket IC you should only need to change the silcone coupler to accomodate for the bigger TB.

i already have one comming in the mail but so ya im just going to have to change the intercooler hose thats not too bad. i think it might give a tiny bit of gains and i got it for really cheap as well so why not throw it on.
