Thoughts on a vehicle with over 122k on chassis and less than 30k on engine/internals

I won't mention who, because he is a member here, but I want to know what your opinions of a vehicle that is heavily modified with over 122k miles on the chassis and just around 30k miles on the new engine/internals. The vehicle is an '02 or '03 I believe...turbo'd, modded heavily, the whole shibang. Is a vehicle that old, but with everything else almost new (Well, 30k miles new), worth even bothering for...or is it the mod list that speaks for itself? Basically, I want to know what problems I may expect for a vehicle with a body that may near 200k miles. Thoughts, opinions?

Rust would be the first thing that comes to mind.

You'll be fine as long as there is no rust ^^ and the engine has been taken care of.

Rust, cracks and if its straight, other than that just making sure the engine and mods are good.
