Vermont Ski/Snowboard CRUISE

Been talking with some friends and everyone has been talking about the ski conditions so far in Vermont. Sooooo was thinking about an early morning meet in the NY,NJ area. (Woodbury Commons) Meet there and cruise up to Mount Snow/ BROMELY MTN. for the DAY and CRUISE back home. It's roughly around 3hrs from Woodbury Exit 16 off the NYS THRUWAY. The day i was thinking is Tuesday DEC. 30th. Just before the new year. It could be the last cruise of the YEAR!!! Plus i thought alot of people might be off for the HOLIDAYS then.

Will be working with some people at Either MTN to see if we can get a group rate and maybe a section of the lot for all the cars!

i live in albany temporarily and bought a student season pass to mount snow. im pretty sure ill be going on saturday if anyone wants to tag along.

Well doesn't seem to be working out for that Day. I just found out that my Fathers company is throwing him a retirement party. So.........30th is not going to work for me.

What's a good day for EVERYONE!!! I will plan a CRUISE TO VERMONT and SKI/SNOWBOARD. Just give me some IDEAS.

There was a Mountain Creek GTG back in the spring time. No one really seemed to ever go after a while. I wouldn't mind a Creek GTG. But snowboarding a Creek SUCKS!!! (I hate crowds and ice, and inner city tour buse groups!) PLus if NERD is going to get some new members i guess we do need a meeting spot?

I had a pass a few years ago. I paid $300 for pass, went 3 times, and took 1 run each time = $100 a run! There was too many peolpe and too much ice to deal with.

yeah unless you go alot for some people the $60 for lift ticket might not be worth it.. Just my .02 though

mount snow was pretty great, its still really early so not everything was open, but enough was. they were making an ass-ton of snow and i wouldnt be surprised if the rest of the mountain is open by the end of the week.
