Where can I get these, and what do they cost

My trunk now needs some TLC... The black things that hold it up are on their last whits (I believe)... When people close my trunk there not meaning to make it slam, but its like when they push it down the shocks forces aren't there to help it slow down... Even when I close it, it makes a nice THUNK...

Opening it isnt a problem, it you only open it half way it stays there, wont fall or rise further.. The THUNK the trunk makes has become such a problem that it even broke the plastic cover where the latch goes in on the car!.. So now I not only need to gas struts but a plastic piece!

Where can I get them, and any idea on cost??
