    throttle stuck on high please help!!

    hi guys. all of a sudden today while im driving my rpms shoot up and stayed up, i had to pull over and turn the car off. i have a 03 a4 1.8t auto. even in park the rpm is thru the roof. i have no idea what might be the problem. if anyone had this happen to them and know the solution please let me know.

    About two hours after getting APR flashed by car did the same thing. It turned out to be a bad throttle body.
    How to account for this massive success? Pure luck? Transcendental meditation? Machiavellian manipulation? Aerodynamics? High colonics? We haven't the slightest idea. -P.L. Newman
