Exhaust Leak....again

This is the third time I've gotten a leak. I'm so pissed. What am I doing wrong? How do I fix it for good??

Make sure your flex pipe is in good condition.

It always is the flex pipes. Still stock exhaust. They are the second pair of flex pipes. Going for #3

Well you shouldnt have to replace them if there is nothing wrong with them. Maybe its something else

They always rip, man. It's getting on my nerves. The muffler shop seemed like they didn't do a great job on it honestly. I went back twice. Also, the just found a flex pipe lying around and just put it on. So I have 2 different size flex pipes.

is the pipe fashioned to the hanger near the flex pipe? Mine always loosens, and i think my motor mounts are shot, and that leads to extensive wear... count yourself lucky if you haven't gone through 2 or more CAT flanges - as that's where mine always fails.

Can you explain?

Also, I put new motor mounts on less than a year ago. One was shot. If that's the problem, then I have another problem which is screwing up my mounts...

I am going to say check the motor mounts or replace them. the only thing thats going to wear that flex is the engine rocking? right?
