So I found a hole on the driver's seat and it appears like its getting bigger and bigger cause of my fat ass. How do I repair this? Sew it? Patch it up? I need some advice.

Alacantara is about $90 a yard, and it dosent streach that well, sewing it up won't help much if you rip the threads out that attached it to the rest of the seat. It needs a patch, and I've learned to leave upholstery to the pros.
