is there anyway that a burnt out element in the front right running light can cause the rear right running light to not come on.

this is driving me insane

Well, the simple answer is not technically, no. Meaning if one goes out, the other doesn't have to go out as well. But you could have blown a fuse.

They are all wired in a weird series.

I had the wrong wattage bulb in my taillights, and it caused all sorts of problems in both the headlights and taillights.

what wat do you use b/c i got the bulb from a parts store.

is there a dif between 2001 and 2001.5

what other problems did you have?
did it mess with your abs at all?

the fuse is out.... the drive side parking lights are on a seperate fuse from the pass side parking lights

I have this same problem with my car. My passenger side tail running light is out as well as the front passenger side city light. The funny thing is when i press the brake pedal the front city light comes on like. Any one know what is causing this?
