So me and a buddy were trying to black out the headlights tonight on his B7. We got the grey piece that attaches to the lights off and black. but we couldn't for the life of us get the piece that is attached to the clear plastic lens cover off. What size tool do we need and what kind of paint won't run when put on that piece?

    Re: Question

If i understand you correctly, and it's the "chrome" piece you are talking about. It's a torx size 6 or 7.

    Re: Question

hmmm I swear we tried a 5 and it was too big. I'll have to get a couple really small torx and see what we can do. What did you do to paint it because when we tried the paint just ran right off and didn't stick!
