I thought I'd throw this out here and see what happens.
I own an 01 2.8 Q 5 speed sedan and looking to trade it for an Avant. A little bit about the car. It is a FL car so it doesn't have any rust on body or undercarriage. Was previously owned by an adult driver and never abused by myself either. Mileage is a bit high (151K) but it doesn't show at all. It is black on black, leatherette interior which is in excellent shape. Exterior has few minor blemishes, which are one small dent on the hood and a small dent on the trunk lid. Also some stone chips on bumper and hood due to mostly highway driving.
Mechanically it is in mint condition. All of know issues have been addressed, such as upper control arms, tie rod ends, CV boots, leaky valve cover/chain tensioner gaskets, central locking vacuum pump, instrument cluster. After I got it, it developed a leaky heater core, so when replacing HC it also got a new evaporator. I also replace engine and tranny mounts and fixed differential mount. Maintenance wise - timing belt, water pump, clutch, flywheel, brake rotors/pads have been done about 20k ago.
Only known issue to me is sunroof doesn't always open when operated by it doesn't bother me because I don't use it.
I am looking to trade for an Avant of similar value/condition (hopefully), doesn't matter what engine, but has to have manual condition. Black, silver or white in color, preferably.
P.S. New windshield 6 months ago as well, due to a crack
