X3 on the turbo output. APR is advertising ~375 chp with the Stage 3, so you're going to need a significantly larger turbo to achieve 500WHP. A guy local to me has a built B5 A4 with power around that range, and his turbo is the size of a pumpkin. Not to mention that APR most likely doesn't have a tune to support that power. You'd also be better off going with a 2.2L block and building that up. I'm thinking the stock 2.0L block would need a lot of manipulation....
Axles and control arms don't need to be upgraded (CA's have more to do with suspension then performance). I would suggest upgrading your motor and transmission mounts (if they make trans mounts for a Tip), plus an upgraded snub mount. That should help cut down on some drivetrain slop. In addition, add the SS lines, but you should also consider upgrading to a Stoptech, Brembo, Alcon, AP Racing BBK, or even some sort of Porsche setup. At the very least, think about upgrading to S4 size rotors and a more aggressive pad. A BT is great and all, but you need to stop somehow, and the stock brakes/pads/rotors won't cut it.
You're coming to the ASP Dyno Day on December 20th, right?
