Does anyone know what it is?

I'm looking to know what the round metal bracket is behind the camshaft sensor after you take off the bolt and washer. I believe it would spin around inside the sensor sending it information. Where could I get a new one?

That part is called a "reluctor", and you are correct, it spins with the cam and the spaces in the reluctor are how the sensor determines cam position*. It's a dealer only replacement part.

*Actually, the ECU determines cam postition using the square wave signal output from the cam position sensor.

By looking at it it looks like the prong that sticks out to hold it in place is bent and stretched to the side. It still goes into place and looks centered but was just wondering encase I needed to replace it.

Also, where is a good place to get new factory bolts and screw for our cars? I broke a camshaft bearing cap screw off in the black and need a new one along with a few other random screws and bolts
