    Re: Turbo Question

Nobody really knows. My car pushes out 15psi with minimal load at about 2200 rpms. There are so many factors (altitude, gear, load, tuning, natural variances) not even counting the possibilities with a modified wastegate (if that's possible on the K03, i'm not experienced with wastegates, I just know what they do).

EDIT: Just saw your thread in the chatterbox, and thought i'd change my post to a more serious answer: the K0234534524352 twin-scroll super-turbo blaster that we have on our high performance engines can generate enough pressure to destroy the universe. Twice.

    Re: Turbo Question

I have a boost gauge and stock it pushes right around 12psi. APR chip is usually around 18psi and Revo is 20-21psi.

    Not completely accurate.

I am almost positive the stock boost is 10 psi.

I differs from car to car, I have APR as well and during hard launches or spirited driving I spike around 21 psi at 2100-2900 rpms and go down to 18 psi and hold that from 3500-4700 rpms and then to 16 psi until redline.

I'm getting so thoroughly fucking put out by APR when I read posts like these. I cannot see 18-20. I was ok with 15 for a while but it's just not fucking right! I've replaced the PCV and the DV. What the fuck.

    Re: Turbo Question

Stock I would hold 11-12, with APR I'm getting 18-19.

I used to only see 15, maybe 16 PSI with the stock exhaust. After I got a Stasis exhaust, I see 18 to 19 PSI depending on the weather.

Really? Did you get any different tuning? You have a test pipe?

No TP or intake, just APR stage 1 and Stasis exhaust. I got whatever version of APR software after Audi was re-flashing everybody's ECU for the fun of it.
