Need some CAT help for a 2.8

Well I had 2 new flex pipes welded in today since my old ones rotted out. And when I was there the guy told me my drivers side cat is clogged, and the passenger side isnt too bad yet. So my question is should I go high flow cat? Does anyone have experience with cat's and N/A motors? Any help would be greatly appreciated. TIA

I cam across this one on Ebay it's got a 5 year warranty:

Also from some of the threads I read people just smash out the insides of the OEM cats, is this worth it?

Not sure what difference sport CATS make on a V6 n/a.

I wouldn't bash the core out, on anything other than an S4.
My V6 QS had the driver's side CAT gutted when I bought her - I believe the core had collapsed, and the previous owner decided to cheap out, and gut, rather than replace.

Sounded really bad, all hollow and resonating; on an S4, the turbocharger's make a good job of silencing, so less intrusive.

I just replaced mine with a universal for now, once I install the S8 engine, I'll look at sport CATS.
