rs4 optic grill pics

hi yall,
i had an rs4 black optic grille installed, after a little front end mishap.
the pics are in a profile album i just set up..
my solution to the s-line grille badge was to use a flat 'body' badge and affix
it to the horizontal lic plate bar thingy instead of on the grille mesh itself.
i hope to attempt the RS4 mesh fog surround mod described in the forum too.
a sharp eye will also see on the close up pic that i still have a little
issue with the body shop re the very bottom lip of the bumper.

just to clarify, the badge is identical to the orig s-line badge
that was on the orig grill. so its not an rs4 poseur badge.
i just repositioned it. but thanks for the feedbk.

It's not the badge itself, it just looks out of place on the rs4 grille IMO, especially positioned on the filler plate. But if you like it and want to keep it on, it's your car, not ours.

I know exactly what it is... lose the badge. It doesn't look good.

I´ll try to fit it uncuting mode with modyfing DTM bumper.

honestly...no kids are looking back going 'HEY DAD...SLOW DOWN...AN S-LINE Audi is behind us! Look...I can see the S-LINE badge...it's not the S4 or RS4...it's an S-LINE A4!!!'

besides the fact that the badge is semi-meaningless, your newly updated front end looks AWESOME so why spoil it with that little pimple?

btw do you have headlight washers? if so, were they a pain in the ass when you removed the front bumper?

BTDT. GrassMonkey posted the DIY a long time ago. I did the mod on my A4 DTM and it works great.

I have seen this, but he modifer RS4 grill and not the bumper.
What I´d like to do is modifing DTM front bumper and do not cut RS4 grill

ok..now stop it!
i do not care what some kid in a car thinks. i like it and i am too old to care.

re washers, no i dont. and i had body shop do repairs and install because
i dinged up the original front end..
