Something suspicious about this carfax report?

Hey guys, I found a 2002 Black S4 with 91,000 miles for $6500. It's up for sale at a Bay Area BMW dealer so it seems legit. I am going to drive down to check it out soon but I sort of thought the carfax report was a little wierd. The first owner only owned it for 2 days and then sold it. Then, the next owner got it in 2005 and reported 49,000 miles on it. I might just be reading carfax wrong but it seems strange. Have a look and let me know what you think.. Not really. Seems fine to me. The only semi-fishy thing is the order in which the first few steps are.

It says vehicle sold, but doesn't report the miles at the time of sale. Also....

Oxygen sensor replaced
Outside mirror glass replaced
Engine/powertrain computer/module checked

Why was the mirror replaced?

It says they replaced just the mirror glass and the only reason I can think of is it was discoloring as this often happens to B5's, sometimes this will prevent the car from getting a state inspection sticker I dont think thats a big deal sounds like fairly routine maintenence, definately check the car over really well GL

^ yea, on my old car, i had the mirror glass replaced under warranty due to discoloring. seems like a solid carfax report. gl with everything

Wow 6,500 for 2002 with 91k. Im scared to find out what I am going to get for mine when I sell it 2000 with 135k.

I'd call stevens creek audi and see if you can get the service records on the car.

The number is right in the carfax.

Looks Legit. I'm curious as to why it was registered as a lease vehicle in Arizona though.

60/75K services done though, that's a good thing.

Brake fluid changed @ 9.9K though? That seems a bit dumb.

Will prob need the t-belt & related stuff (waterpumup, etc.) replaced. Should do a full pre-purch inspection and def call Steven's Creek to get all the svc details. If this all checks out, that car is a no-brainer - can prob negosh 'em down from $6500 also ($6500 w/ only 91k miles - what is this world coming to???? ugh...)
