just got mine ordered. i can't to get them & install them. my engine mounts are SO trashed that you cannot get my APR snub centered. the results will rattle the fillings out of your teeth. for some reason, though, my wife seems to like the vibration... :)

it will be nice to have a smoother ride.

Why do you advertise your snub mount as a "034"? When I got my snub from you guys it was a Apikol snub. Not that I care either way I'm just wondering.

My dad wants a smoother ride (right now it vibrates a LOT in gear - due to trnny moount i guess) ....

i was told to replace tranny + motor mount together

i assume i should get street? does snub help with automatic carss? I doubt it

It really depends on the skill of the individual.
I can change mounts out in under 1 hours for all 3 yet some shops charge a whole day labour for changing the mounts
If you have the mechanical skill then I always encourage doing work on your car.It is the only way you are going to learn.

The snub mount helps across the entire board with slop whether it is Auto/CVT or manual

Oil pan you have to drop the subframe down...that varies from car to car.Some of the bolts are rusted to hell and can be a huge PITA to remove.

It is an Apikol snub but we provide with the 034 bracket.Why develop a product if another company does it right?

Stops the engine from rocking back and forth using the FWD axles as the axis of rotation (thats the best I can describe it).

I think he was meaning the purpose of the after market bracket you supply as opposed to the stock bracket.

The stock bracket allows for alot of "slop" in the system.The 034 bracket is made with the same ID as the OD of the snub mount.That way it is a perfect fit and allows minimal movement of the engine.

on a side note... i had a clunking sound when downshifting recently. ive been procrastinating on checking it out.. my middle bolt had come loose and fallen out and one of the threaded studs that goes from the crossmember to the mount was nearly bent in half (since they stick down 1/4" below the crossmember) from when i hit a speed bump... anyhow got it all fixed up right and she shifts smooth as butter now! even the GF noticed how much better it shifted with the 034 mounts!

I just installed these over the past weekend, and I'm very pleased. Idle in park and in drive are great. I had no noticeable vibrations that some say they notice. My oem mounts were shot, and have been for quite a while, and of course I would expect a big improvement. It was far greater than I could had imagined.

Thanks for the great service today. 034EFI hooked it up big. I went there for the street density motor mounts and tranny mount and I ended up also leaving with one of there Diverter Valves and Unitronics Tune.

Honestly car feels way better then the Revo Trial I had on it or the APR and GIAC X+ I ran in my 1.8T GTI and GLI.
