central locking pump

went to my car after locking it just fine about 20 mins later go to get in, wont unlock, i hear nothing in the back.. get in, lock button doesnt work.. my anti-theft auto lock doesnt work.. i get home, open trunk and click the button and hear a gurgling sound where the pump it and a light click once i hit the button.. lock and unlock make a faint faint sound.

pump went bad or did something come off of it?

no, lights still flash and horn beeps when you set the alarm.. but the clp, just barely ever so slightly makes a noise and it doesnt sound like a good one.

What ended up being the problem ? My wife's 99.5 just did the same thing and it's not the remotes.

central locking pump. picked up a 2 month old out of a s4 being parted for 20 nbucks, but expect to pay ~100-150 used, ~200-230 dealer cost.

so its back to normal? I had this happen to me as well but it went back to normal the next day.. now my remotes just dont work and have to use the key.

yep, swapped pumps, reprogrammed keyless. back to 100%
