I havnt seen the 3rd one yet so im not going to comment on it but the first transporter is by FARRRRR better than the 2nd, like more than 35,000 time better. i mean who the fuck is gonna jump an a8, do a 360 barrel role and scrape a bomb off the bottom of the car onto a crane. the first movie was cool and realistic, transporter 2 was a fucking joke.

I loved the first one... second one sucked IMO. First im not a fan of the color in the movie... dont know what the term is but its like watching a movie with brightness turned all the way up! Plus the scene where he flips the car upside down to get that magnet bomb off?!?!?

The magnet bomb flip roll maneuver is where they lost me in the 2nd one. I was liking it, right up until that shit happened.
For volunteer work, I drive old people around to medical appointments and stuff like that. When I'm driving someone in the S6 and my wife calls me, I refer to my passenger as "the client." Hands at 9 and 3, doing exactly the speed limit.

saw the 3rd on friday..... I thought it was much better than the current Bond movie, but nowhere near as good as the first. There were two A8's in the movie.... the first was a normal 4.2, and the second was a W12 (had W12 badges all over and silver mirrors).

Are you guys kidding me? That movie was fucking terrible. Transporter 1 was awesome, 2 sucked and this one took the cake. I love the way he smashed through the driver's side window in that one scene then in the next scene it's fixed (Audi security glass wouldn't break that easy anyway). Oh and horrible, horrible acting. The fight scenes were boring too, same old shit.

And about Audi, what was with the 80s style looking navi graphics? I couldn't stand those cheesy leds around the MMI either.

saw it a couple hours ago... car was sexy, fight scenes were awesome... some unrealistic stuff went on like before... but theres a good chance that i may be buying an A8l as my next car. im in the market for a new car, and i dont know, theres something so sexy about the body lines on that car. its between that and a 2.0a4, im leanin more towards the a8 now...

Just saw it on-line, I don't think they were trying to be purist in any of their movies and as much as we nit pic at the real world vehicle the movie is plain fantasy, it's entertainment!

I think the reason for the different vehicles is because non Audi folks may not catch it and for us purist we would know. Besides, great marketing for Audi.

I didn't think the MBZ was no match for the S8, maybe even a A8 4.2 but the MBZ is still just another luxury car, maybe if it was a S550 then maybe.

All I can say I'm glad I got the A8L

I just saw the movie today...pretty lame.

My friend was asking me what Audi that was, and first I said S8, then A8, then A8L W12...I was so pissed! There wasn't enough driving, too much love story. The Merc E wouldn't keep up with the A8/A8L/S8/whoknows?, the burnout, the whole sinking/floating thing and being completely fine afterwards, the window magically fixes itself, driving on two wheels...

I saw Transporter 1, and I liked it. Honestly, I was pretty disappointed with Transporter 3. I was expecting much much better.

Just seen it on DVD last night. Always liked the series so far especially now that they're featuring Audis. Awesome movie. I did notice one mistake though...they had two different models of the A8 (one old one new). The movie scripted it was his same car with just a tune up and a tweak or two...?? But to an Audi enthusiast, one would know that they're two different models..just look at the front grille...
