Here is some info on your O2 code:
    http://wiki.ross-tech.com/index.php/16804/P0420/001056

Do a once-over to check for leaks. Then check your O2 sensor. Perhaps you can borrow a good one from a friend and redo your logs?

Here is some info on your second code:
    http://wiki.ross-tech.com/index.php/18613/P2181/008577

Do a once-over to check that system. Might behoove you to replace the coolant temp sensor. I know they routinely die on the A4s and even the 2.7T S4s. That sensor coupled with a faulty O2 will definitely cause problems.

I think these codes should be taken care of before you worry about the timing in those logs. These codes could be faulty equipment (sensor, O2, etc..) which would directly affect your logs and the performance of your vehicle.

EDIT: just saw the last log with lambdas. That requested is pretty rich!

That where i finished of. Thanks for more input.

thermostat change (my CTS is new and green), then ill swap MAF's and log.

What can the O2 wide bands on stock vags read, cause its weird how the O2 lvl's out at 0.75.

Is there a way to check Exchaust for leaks?
Is it put car up and start it and listen/feel around connections for exhaust gas?

if you're running that rich you can look for spots covered in black soot too, that'll indicate a leak as well as sound/feeling for it.
