Many of you may have seen the long running issues that I have had with this dealer. It has taken a long time, but primarily through the efforts of George Tierri, the problems have been resolved. John and Mike Daniels decided to put this all to rest, and with George, came up with agreeable terms to take back the car. If you have any problems, I would suggest that you contact George. He is fair, straightforward, and conducts himself as a gentleman. This is what customer service should be about. Since I am no longer an Audi owner, I will sign off.
