Possible new A3 owner; need some advise asap

How's it going guys! I'm looking at pulling the trigger on a '06 which has around 60K miles on it. It's got sport package, Bose, roof, DSG, leather, xenons, nav; everything except convenience package.

Just wanted to know at what point is a timing belt change required and what other things I should be looking at real close as far as wear and replacement. No maintenance records.

TIA; looking forward to getting back to the Audi family! and Audizine

around 90k is what the manufacturer recommends. At 60k you should do an oil change, spark plugs air and pollen filter.

Also, if you don't have any service history a DSG flush and brake fluid flush is highly recomended. Brake fluid should be changed every 2 years and the DSG every 40K miles.
I recently changed the DSG fluid in my A3 at 30K and it was pretty bad already.
Any other questions feel free to ask me.
