Question Found boost leak!!!! Now what part is this??

Guest-only advertisement. Register or Log In now!
I FINALLY discovered the cause for my boost leak sooo I will be replacing it very soon, just gotta find out what part it is...

As you may or may not be able to see by the angle, it is completely eaten through on two sides. If anyone knows what part this is, it would be of great help! Thanks everyone!

That's the check valve.(on top of your airbox, it's an EVAP system check valve) It's on ECS for like $16. Otherwise I think you can find a universal one at a parts store for ~$8

Yep it's definitely a check valve. I have some extra ones I can sell you one for $8.00 shipped. Let me know if you need it.

would anyone happen to have a part number so I can maybe just pick one up at the dealer instead of sending away for one?

anyway, dont get it from the dealer they rape you for it and want you to replace all of them. I have only been able to find them close to 20 a piece, go with one of these guys who have them, as long as they give you a fair price of course. IMO I think this one area that is just horribly designed, looks like those stupiT little one way valves aren't ment to take that kind of heat. I don't know thats just my two cents

aw consider if fix'd. I picked only two up from the dealer for thirty bucks each, which isnt horrible, I just wanted it fixed immediately. I only needed two so I just put em on myself and no more boost leak :) Thanks for your help everyone!
