Replacing Fuel Pump-help!!!

So I Am Replacing The Fuel Pump In My 2004 A4. Everthing Was Going Great Until I Was Told By A Dealership That You Have To Have A Special Tool In Order To Remove The Pump From The Tank. That Being Said, I Have A Few Questions.

1.) Does The Pump Twist Counterclockwise And Do You Have To Push Down And Turn At The Same Time In Order To Remove It.

2.) Does Anyone Know Where I Can Get The Special Removal Tool And A Part Number.

I Have Searched The Net For Several Hours But Cannot Find Anything. Any Information Would Be Helpful.

Don't need a tool, but one is for sale in the classifieds.

I think the tool above is only used to remove the ring that seals the fuel pump unit against the car. I have removed it, but the fuel pump down in the tank will not come out. I talked to an Audi tech, and they use a specific tool to remove it. I was hoping there was a way around this. Thanks for the input.
