Anybody know of any Audi Certified mechanics on the westside to downtown L.A.?

A friend of mine, had to take her A4 in for a squealing noise. Her warranty is expired. Dealer told her, she needs to replace brake pad, vacuum hose and cylinder, $1,500.

Would it be cheaper to take it to an independent mechanic?
Anybody know of any Audi certified mechanics on the westside to downtown L.A? The only one i know of is INGOLSTADT WEST. Any other reputable ones out there?
