    Hey guys,
I was hopin someone who knows more than myself about Audi's could help me figure out a problem.
    Symptoms:
In early fall(thank god) my A/C stopped blowin cold air and the econ light on the climate control cluster is now always on (if I press and hold it it''l go off. But, it comes back on as soon as I let go). Now it's in the mid to high 30's daily, heat works fine, but the lights still on. Temp guage stays on c for about 20 mins then I'll look down randomly and it'll be where it is supposed to be . Are these related? Does it sound major or minor? What should I do? Is this something I can DIY? Am I damaging the car by not havin it checked ( not driving daily because I lost my license for all of October and November so haven't gone more than 10 miles in 2 months, just lettin it warm up and drivin up and down my street for about a 10mins every couple of days)?

I get my license back Monday the 1st and need to address this issue now.....

P.S. I'm horrified to bring it to AUDI cuz that always runs me big $ (i.e. -wiper transmission $450 that I don't think I needed to spend after reading some threads...maybe, shouldv'e cost me $0) and I don't trust them.
