OK, so I placed an order on the 18th of November for Lamin-x headlights + taillights for my A4. I received an email that my order "Completed Successfully" on the same day. Then on Nov the 20th, I sent them an email to ask if the order was shipped, no reply yet. I checked online, the status is "Pending shipping". So I called them today, no one answered. I left a message with my phone number and order number. No one called back. No one sent back a reply to my email either. Today is the 24th, and the status is still "Pending shipping". Why does it take almost a week to ship something or answer a customer's email??
Is it me or this "pending shipping" is taking forever??? They are an authorized seller from AZ, so I thought to buy from them and support the sellers of this community. grrrrr
I also sent emails to another online seller who is part of AZ, and I never got an email back from them and its been like a week. I dont understand how these people expect business with such poor customer service!
