    RPMs at startup, inconsistant

    i just want to know if this is normal, b/c it doesnt seem right to me...

    i bought my 04 USP in august and when the weather was warm, everything was normal at startup ( car starts idles high until warmed up and then drops to the normal 800ish)... now that its been real cold (teens and 20s) in the morning, i start the car and the RPMs dont start high. it starts and runs instantly at 800 rpms... is that normal?? it doesnt sound right. thanks!

    thanks man!! so i guess this is normal?! still seems weird to me, but it seems the consesus is not to worry about it
