E-codes, S4 Xenons, A4 facelifted headlights

Sooo.. I got screwed by a fellow AZ member and now I need to find a new deal for HIDs.

I purchased 02 S4 Xenons with the bulbs/ballasts. I need the same thing, but it's a hard combo to come by without dropping $700+. It would be easier to know how much money I need to spend if I can understand the differences between all of the headlights out there.

S4 xenon headlights

B5.5 A4 headlights

vs

European S4/A4 headlights.. this I am clueless about.

I am looking for the differences in price points, aesthetics, and function (beam cut off, fill pattern, etc)

S4 and the 99.5 a4 xenon headlights are the same. I believe the s4 come with 6000k while the a4 have 4300k. I'm not positive about that though.

Ecodes are what? You mean the US xenon headlights with the CC mod done?

Why the hell do people sell their stock xenons for ecodes then..! Too scared to do the CC mod I assume?
